1. Introduction
Willow-whispers (or in short: Willow) is a platform that connects individuals seeking spiritual
guidance with providers of spiritual services. By using Willow, you agree to comply with these Terms
and Conditions.
Please read them carefully.
Willow and Willow-whispers are a trade mark of Willow BV, registered at the Chamber of Commerce
of Curacao under number 27304348. The organization can be contacted through contact@willow-
whispers.com

2. Definitions
a. Willow offers spiritual Consultants with proven abilities the opportunity to give readings to clients
through text-based chat.
b. Clients are individuals that are looking for spiritual guidance. They may initiate chats with
available Consultants.

3. Paid service
a. Credits need to be bought in advance.
b. The service offered through the platform is a paid service. The rates are advertised on the
website.
c. The rates are all-in. Consultants are not allowed to charge for additional services during the chat.
d. If the platform should be renamed, bought by or is transferred to another entity, credits will
remain valid.
e. In case the platform ceases to exist, credits will be voided.
f. If a Client runs out of credits during a chat, the chat stops. The customer may buy new credits and
restart a chat.

4. Use of the Platform
a. The platform aims to be functional 24 hours per day. Consultants choose when to be online.
b. To use the website, you must be at least 16 years old. By using the platform, you confirm that you
meet this age requirement.
c. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
e. Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in any illegal, abusive, or harmful activities on the
platform. This includes harassment, hate speech, or any form of discrimination.

5. Content
a. Willow is not responsible for the content shared during consultations. Users are responsible for
the accuracy and legality of their content.
b. Willow reserves the right to remove or block any User that violates these Terms and Conditions.

6. Data Collection and Privacy
a. Willow stores the data entered on registration, to maintain user profiles on the platform. Willow
also stores the chat history in the customer profile so that the customer may refer to it again later.
Willow will never use this data for other purposes. Please see our privacy statement.
b. The data is stored in a protected environment.
c. Users may request changes to their profile or removal of their profile and associated data by
sending an email to willow@willow-whispers.com
b. Consultants are required to maintain the confidentiality of all user information and discussions.

7. Payment and Fees
a. Payment Processing: Willow uses third-party payment processors to handle transactions.
b. Users are responsible for any additional fees charged by these processors. Willow will not benefit
from these fees.

8. Termination
a. Users may terminate their accounts at any time by following the platform's guidelines.
b. Upon termination of an account, all data, and all remaining credits will then be deleted. No
refunds are possible.
c. Termination by Willow: Willow may suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these
Terms and Conditions.

9. Liability
a. The consultation will be provided according to the views of the consultant. Willow has no
involvement in this. Any advice given must be considered a non-binding opinion.
b. No Professional Advice: Willow provides a platform for spiritual guidance but does not replace
professional advice. Clients should consult qualified professionals for legal, medical, or financial
matters. Consultants are not allowed to give medical, legal or financial advice.
c. Willow does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from consultations.
d. Customers and consultants are responsible for their own decisions and interpretations.
e. Willow is not responsible for any damage that may arise directly or indirectly, from any type of
advice, views or opinions, or actions following these.
f. Specifically, the client is responsible for maintaining a sufficient internet connection.
g. Use of the platform is at the risk of the user. Unfortunately, we cannot offer or enter into
correspondence about refunds for any reason.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
a. Notification: Willow may update these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of major
changes through the platform or via email.
b. Acceptance: Continued use of Willow after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
and Conditions.
